Salary: Base annual pay hiring range estimated to around CAD$90,000

What you will do
- Define, lead, and run implementations for the North America region.
- Manage project objectives and timelines, identify dependencies across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and drive successful delivery.
- Work with key/strategic customers to ensure accountability and successful engagements aligned to scoped business and contractual requirements.
- Serve as a technical resource for largest US customers in recurring meetings and coordinate with the CSM to address issues.
- Monitor and proactively alert customers about data quality issues related to their engagement.
- Act as a domain expert to solve customer challenges using data and technology, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
Requirements
- Location eligibility: Must be able to work fully remote from Canada.
- 2–3+ years of technical project management or similar experience.
- Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical professionals to deliver project implementations.
- Strong customer support/communications and/or technical documentation experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Salesforce.com, Lucidchart/Visio, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
