What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project delivery against agreed requirements.
• Create and track detailed project plans in collaboration with project teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure team productivity.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary.
• Coordinate with external teams and business units to support project success.
• Support financial management, including project creation and time tracking.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional project management experience.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Must be based in Montreal, Canada.

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications (APM, PMQ, PRINCE2, or Agile).
• Experience with Servant Leadership and Agile methodologies.
• Technical capacity to translate complex technical language.
• Prior experience or knowledge of the iGaming industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
