What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution for large-scale, complex embedded software initiatives across multiple global engineering teams.
• Develop detailed schedules and coordinate the distribution of work packages to internal functions and external contractors.
• Manage essential project records, including technical requirements, design documents, test plans, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams to align on scope and delivery timelines.
• Identify project risks early and drive mitigation strategies to maintain transparency for executive stakeholders.
• Mentor other Technical Project Managers and Co-ops while championing process improvement and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Deep technical background in embedded software engineering with a track record of delivering embedded systems.
• Proven experience leading complex software programs at scale across globally distributed teams.
• Expertise in embedded, automotive, IoT, or safety-critical domains; working knowledge of ISO26262 is highly desirable.
• Experience with software implementation project management and deployments in AGILE or iterative environments.
• Strong understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded toolchains, and low-level software workflows.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
