What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
• Define and articulate long-term technical vision and architectural strategy for product streams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Finance to align engineering efforts with business outcomes.
• Drive improvements in system scalability, reliability, and observability practices.
• Optimize delivery processes to improve predictability and reduce friction.
• Foster an inclusive, high-trust engineering culture through principled decision-making and coaching.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a management or technical leadership role.
• Proven ability to connect engineering work to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong technical literacy with modern cloud architectures (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience guiding teams on high availability and core observability concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Spain.
