What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for current and next-gen software platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate quality into release planning and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and implement end-to-end test strategies, including functional and data validation.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical vision for assigned products.
• Identify technical solutions, conduct POCs for new tools, and optimize pipeline reliability.
• Lead defect management and root cause analysis to ensure high system reliability.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or 8+ years of professional experience as an SDET.
• 8+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java, C#, Kotlin/Swift, or Python).
• Strong experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, and REST Assured.
• Proven ability to implement test automation into CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android) and AI/ML-driven testing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical execution in Agile teams.

• Experience with microservice architecture.
