What you will do

• Design, code, and maintain automated unit, integration, functional, smoke, regression, and load tests.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure validation from pull request through deployment.
• Identify, log, and analyze software defects using logs and metrics.
• Collaborate with software, QA, DevOps, and load test engineers to support an end-to-end SDLC.
• Develop testing assets alongside feature development to enable shift-left testing.
• Use source control systems for test code management and participate in peer code reviews.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kennesaw, GA.
• Ability to develop and maintain software systems using computer science and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with relational databases and basic SQL usage.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and source code repositories (branching/merging).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex system failures.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AI tools for coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Experience in AI output validation and responsible AI usage.
• Experience with AI agents for routine automation tasks.
