Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Hoboken, NJ office (Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of cross-functional AI initiatives from framing to production rollout.
• Analyze business processes across IT, HR, Finance, and Sales to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives with clear success metrics and timelines.
• Partner with the IT AI Center of Excellence to deliver and scale agent-driven solutions.
• Define and report on measurable impact including ROI, cycle-time reduction, and adoption.
• Ensure successful handover of AI solutions to operations with ongoing ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project or product management with business analysis capabilities.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI projects.
• Familiarity with agent platforms like Anthropic Claude or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Hoboken, NJ.
