What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to analyze workflows and define AI-driven solution plans.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI projects in collaboration with engineering and AI specialists.
• Define prompt and context structures to drive solution behavior and performance.
• Balance speed, scalability, and stability while making critical product decisions.
• Identify repeatable patterns to help the platform team scale reusable capabilities.
• Act as the primary voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management or technical customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to decompose ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
• High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
• Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments.
