What you will do

• Prioritize AI and automation features based on value, risk, and feasibility.
• Partner with stakeholders to define actionable requirements and testable acceptance criteria.
• Own the product backlog, breaking down complex AI work into clear epics and stories.
• Monitor AI performance, metrics, and ROI to ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Coordinate across IT, data science, and security teams to ensure responsible AI deployment.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices through training and feedback loops.

Requirements

• US citizenship required due to government security clearance mandates.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Manager in an agile environment.
• Working knowledge of modern software delivery practices (SDLC, CI/CD, branching strategies).
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, orchestration, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to define guardrails and testable criteria for non-deterministic AI behavior.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
