What you will do

• Lead the strategy and development of AI-native products from ideation through to launch and beyond.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTM, Technology, Sales, and Finance, to define requirements.
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and track key metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in product management, project management, or solutions consulting.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and capabilities, such as generative AI, copilots, and agent frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and experience communicating with senior management.
