What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Platform supporting both internal and external products.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ML and LLM capabilities, including data ingestion, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Translate complex clinical and technical requirements into detailed user stories and executable technical specifications.
• Drive the delivery of scalable AI infrastructure while balancing innovation, performance, and risk management.
• Collaborate with researchers to transition AI prototypes into high-performance, production-ready systems.
• Utilize data, experimentation, and user feedback to continuously improve model performance and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technical platform products.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, MLOps practices, and scalable AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, data engineering, and enterprise software architecture.
• Experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or advanced AI systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to lead in Agile environments using tools like Jira.
