What you will do

  • Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy for the People team, identifying high-value use cases across the employee lifecycle.
  • Own the end-to-end People technology landscape, including Workday, talent acquisition, and learning management systems.
  • Lead the evaluation, procurement, and integration of AI-native platforms and LLM capabilities into existing workflows.
  • Build a data-driven culture by developing dashboards, predictive models, and actionable workforce insights.
  • Establish responsible AI governance frameworks, including bias auditing and data privacy controls for people-related decisions.
  • Mentor and lead high-performing teams in People technology, analytics, and AI implementation.

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years in technology and analytics leadership roles with a track record of large-scale digital transformation.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, LLMs, agentic workflows, and responsible AI governance.
  • Proven experience with People systems, specifically Workday, and understanding of AI feature roadmaps.
  • Proficiency with analytics and ML tools including Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, and SQL.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of leading cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.
