What you will do
- Drive pipeline development through partner-led opportunities and coordinate with Account Executives.
- Develop and maintain joint business plans, budgets, and strategies with strategic partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Track and measure partner contributions using KPIs like revenue generation, deal registration, and certifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Recruit, onboard, and engage new partners to integrate them into the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German required; French is a plus.
- Experience in a partner-facing sales role within the enterprise software or cloud services industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and ecosystem management.
- Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari for pipeline management.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value propositions for senior stakeholders.
