Salary: $73,000 – $100,000

What you will do

  • Develop and own the overarching strategy for inbound and outbound commercial programs.
  • Design and maintain the program calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and optimize sales cadences, including email, phone, and social touchpoints.
  • Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to ensure efficient program execution.
  • Implement AI-powered tools and automation to improve cadence personalization and rep productivity.
  • Analyze performance data and A/B testing results to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial programs.
  • Proven ability to manage outbound programs and sales engagement platforms at scale.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like Salesloft, 6Sense, Salesforce, Confluence, and Clay.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and inbound/outbound motion design.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional capacity with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams.
