What you will do

• Drive product strategy for a unified, machine-readable configuration layer serving as the single source of truth.
• Reduce time-to-first-deploy and eliminate manual infrastructure toil for internal engineering teams.
• Partner with Cloud Engineering to build robust, solution-agnostic development environments.
• Architect visual orchestration layers and AI-assisted interfaces for non-technical domain experts.
• Define standards for service interaction, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability are baked into the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Software, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer.
• 8+ years of product management experience in internal developer platforms or complex enterprise SaaS.
• Deep hands-on familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Vault, Consul).
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with Staff and Principal engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience building platform tools in regulated environments like HIPAA or HITRUST.
• Strong background in the Kubernetes ecosystem (K8s, Helm, cloud-native networking).
• Vision for leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows to simplify infrastructure management.
