Enablement Business Partner – APAC GTM and Alliances (AI)

Location: Sydney, Australia; ability to work seamlessly in a remote environment

What you will do

• Act as the primary enablement partner for APAC Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services Delivery, and regional Alliances leadership.
• Build product, capabilities, and functional competency roadmaps, persona-based learning plans, and product overview learning paths.
• Assess training needs, define learning objectives, coordinate program delivery, and connect enablement initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• Design and orchestrate regional kickoffs, MYFU events, enablement workshops, and off-site training, managing logistics, agendas, speakers, and outcomes.
• Localize global partner enablement strategies, content, and certifications for APAC, including new markets such as Japan.
• Drive alliances enablement for SI-led programs, AI platform adoption, new product adoption, and continuous stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in hirify.global GTM and Alliances.
• Experience building executive trust, conducting needs analysis, and translating business priorities into enablement plans.
• Strong program management, organizational, communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of the property and casualty insurance business.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Monday.com, eLearning platforms, and AI tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% of the time, occasionally internationally.
