What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner to business units to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Influence and coach C-level executives on strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Ensure HR compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and report to senior management.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global role.
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR business partnering role within an international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR practices, labor relations, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and balance strategy with execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday or similar global HR platforms.
