Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 (US) / $110,000 – $138,000 CAD (Ontario)

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and adoption programs for AI-powered products within law firms.
• Design and execute custom integration strategies aligned with existing legal workflows.
• Experiment with generative AI and refine prompts for accurate information extraction from complex legal documents.
• Develop and train "smart fields" and data points for transactional documents in securities and financing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating client needs into actionable insights for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state, Canadian province, or the UK.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience practicing transactional law.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and managing complex projects.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
