What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to clients, identifying high-value opportunities to scale their use of the Legora platform.
• Own the client relationship lifecycle from running early-stage pilots to guiding full-firm adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user by sharing insights that directly inform product development and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver confident product demonstrations and training to illustrate the platform's capabilities.
• Develop scalable playbooks and document best practices to grow the function globally.
• Guide clients in evaluating the ROI of AI and mapping its impact across different legal practice areas.

Requirements

• Background in law with professional experience at a top-tier law firm or within an in-house legal team.
• Native or professional fluency in French is required to support the francophone Canadian market.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy with a passion for generative AI and productivity technology.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both lawyers and engineers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
