What you will do

• Drive end-to-end implementation and own the technical and operational setup for customers.
• Configure workflows and templates by translating firm Standard Operating Procedures into hirify.global.
• Write and iterate AI prompts and exercise strong judgment on quality thresholds for v1 launches.
• Write and execute SQL queries to configure custom firm reports.
• Lead QA and testing and design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) end-to-end scenarios.
• Triage critical failures during rollout and identify missed use cases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, LegalTech, or complex Operations).
• A track record of leading or working on customization-heavy implementations for large enterprise customers.
• Experience writing, testing, and refining AI prompts is highly important for this role.
• Familiarity with SQL is also strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage highly complex configurations.
• Customer-centric focus and a track record of working directly with enterprise customers to ensure their success.
• Testing & Triage Capabilities: You know how to build UAT scenarios, run testing sessions, and quickly prioritize bugs or scope reductions.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience working with an enterprise "system of record"
• Prior professional background in personal injury law, LegalTech, or Legal Case Management Systems systems
