What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to clients, identifying high-value opportunities to scale their use of the hirify.global platform.
• Own the client relationship lifecycle, from running initial pilots and onboarding to guiding full-firm adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user internally, sharing insights that directly inform the product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Deliver confident product demos and training sessions to showcase the platform's capabilities.
• Develop scalable playbooks and document best practices to support global growth.
• Assist clients in evaluating the ROI and operational impact of generative AI across various legal practice areas.

Requirements

• Background in law, with professional experience at a top-tier law firm or within an in-house legal team.
• Strong technical curiosity and product savvy, specifically regarding generative AI and productivity technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts between lawyers and engineers.
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Experience evaluating and optimizing business processes in response to emerging technologies.
• Must be able to work in person from the San Francisco office.
