Location: Hybrid; must work 3 days a week in the Toronto office

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Drive high-impact AI initiatives and shape priorities based on user research and technical feasibility.
• Design and run rigorous evaluation frameworks, including golden datasets, task taxonomies, and rubrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate problem statements into well-scoped product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Validate AI outputs against professional standards with domain experts and partner accounting firms.
• Conduct continuous discovery by shadowing workflows and testing prototypes in context.
• Monitor the AI landscape, including model developments and agentic patterns, to inform product direction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technology-focused product management or development.
• 1–2 years of deep experience working with AI or machine learning-driven products.
• Direct experience building and running eval frameworks for AI products.
• Technical fluency in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and embeddings.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON, to support a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office).
• Experience working with subject matter specialists in high-stakes, regulated, or professional contexts.
