What you will do
- Build new business and develop strategic enterprise relationships to drive long-term account growth in the Dutch market.
- Originate, shape, and close complex transformation programs typically valued between €5M and €10M+.
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders (CAIOs, CIOs, CTOs, CEOs) on AI-driven growth, productivity, and competitive advantage.
- Utilize local consulting expertise along with global nearshore and offshore delivery centers to deliver transformation at scale.
- Collaborate with strategic partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce, and Databricks.
- Take end-to-end ownership of revenue, margin, delivery quality, and client impact.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in consulting sales, enterprise sales, technology services, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of winning strategic enterprise accounts and closing engagements of €10M+.
- Strong existing network with access to C-suite decision-makers in large enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience in selling complex solutions involving nearshore and offshore delivery models.
- Ability to translate AI strategy and execution into measurable business value for senior leaders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
