TL;DR

Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations (AI): Designing and managing the operating model for specialist overlay teams to scale impact across the global sales organization with an accent on analytics, process design, and cross-functional execution. Focus on building reporting frameworks, defining KPIs, and optimizing sales cycles to maximize revenue outcomes for AI infrastructure products.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Applicants must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage the strategy and operating model for specialist overlay engagement across the sales organization.
  • Partner with leadership to define deployment strategies, capacity planning, and resource allocation for specialist teams.
  • Design processes governing specialist engagement with account executives to increase deal velocity and win rates.
  • Build reporting and dashboards to measure specialist impact on pipeline generation, win rates, and vertical penetration.
  • Collaborate with enablement, marketing, and product teams to align specialist motions with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure CRM workflows and data infrastructure effectively support specialist overlay motions.

Requirements

  • 7-8+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or business operations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise, specialist, or complex B2B go-to-market motions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.
