Senior Solution & Customer Marketing Manager (Agentic AI): Drive go-to-market growth for hirify.global’s Agentic AI platform by leading messaging, collateral, and launch strategy for a new AI solution for IT infrastructure modernization. Focus on building launch-centric GTM strategies, developing AI-driven value propositions and buyer journey frameworks, and enabling sales and partner teams to identify pilot customers and accelerate pipeline.

Location: United States

Salary: $97,500.00 - $131,625.00 gross per year

What you will do

  • Lead launch-centric GTM strategies to accelerate market entry, including segment selection and differentiated positioning.
  • Develop and continuously improve audience/persona frameworks and buyer journey maps to guide content, demand, and conversion programs.
  • Analyze alternative solutions and customer approaches to refine competitive messaging and inform campaigns and customer programs.
  • Craft strategic AI messaging and content that communicates unique value to technical and business audiences.
  • Improve product launch strategy and outcomes, including integrations with clear accountability.
  • Enable cross-functional teams on market plays, offers, and go-to-market execution for direct and partner sellers.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B software product and/or solution marketing, including customer marketing and content marketing (bonus).
  • Experience with AI messaging and AI product launches, including creating compelling AI value propositions for technical and business audiences.
  • Proven track record leading sales enablement strategies to help sellers identify opportunities and build pipeline through customer engagements.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences and business line leaders for high-visibility products.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
