What you will do

• Partner with managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and sensitive workplace situations.
• Support performance and growth processes, including feedback cycles and manager enablement.
• Manage recruiting intake, headcount planning, and role leveling in collaboration with Finance and the CHRO.
• Oversee compensation, promotions, and equity refreshes to maintain a consistent job architecture.
• Ensure reliable execution of core People operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and policy administration.
• Support organizational change and help scale company culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically as an HRBP or People Partner.
• Experience in fast-paced, technical environments (e.g., startup, AI, biotech).
• Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt (hourly) populations.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, including FLSA, EEO, and multi-state employment laws.
• Proficiency in sponsorship and immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, visa transfers).
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.

• Past partnership with Finance on workforce planning and compensation.
• Experience building scalable People programs from early-stage foundations.
