Salary: $166,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and run the operating rhythm for the GTM organization, including leadership forums, all-hands, and QBRs.
• Own GTM-wide communications, translating complex leadership updates into clear, actionable messages for diverse stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs, from AI initiatives to enablement masterclasses.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to design and execute flagship GTM moments and events.
• Identify operational gaps, run experiments, and continuously improve systems and processes.
• Build trust and alignment across senior leadership, sales, and success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of deep program and project management experience in a fast-growing tech or scale-up environment.
• Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Strong GTM instinct with the ability to communicate effectively with sales and success leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in setting operating cadences and owning org-wide communications.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco hub.
