What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and directly manage producers to achieve individual and market-level gross revenue goals.
  • Own market sales performance, including new business revenue, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Establish expectations and inspect pipeline/activity regularly; hold producers accountable to performance standards.
  • Recruit, assess, and hire high-performing producers; mentor producers and support their development.
  • Develop and execute localized go-to-market strategies with marketing support (campaigns, events, and referral strategies).
  • Manage pipeline and sales activities in the company CRM (D365) and ensure accurate reporting with Sales Operations.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.
  • Direct experience managing or mentoring producers with accountability for gross revenue performance.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
  • Active Florida Life & Health License (or ability to obtain upon hire) required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in employee benefits, P&C insurance, financial services, or adjacent industries (HCM, payroll, technology).
  • Background in a high-growth, performance-driven sales environment as a direct sales leader.
  • Applicable professional designations (RHU, REBC, etc.).
