What you will do

• Support the creation of HSE training materials including e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.
• Translate regulatory requirements and HSE policies into clear, user-friendly training content.
• Develop visual and interactive materials such as videos, infographics, and micro-learning assets.
• Review and update existing training documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct research on global HSE standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 45003.
• Collaborate with HSE subject matter authorities and Centers of Excellence to optimize content delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience crafting training materials and learning solutions.
• Proven ability to translate technical or regulatory information into accessible content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) and content tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
