Salary: $75,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Ensure high-quality workout delivery and consistent member experience across the assigned network.
• Coach franchisees and studio leaders on fitness behaviors that drive retention and utilization.
• Analyze KPIs to link coaching quality directly to business outcomes and studio performance.
• Facilitate OTFit certifications and continuing education programs for studio staff.
• Guide studios through national fitness initiatives and system-wide operational rollouts.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to address performance gaps and operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Orangetheory Fitness studio experience required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or NCSF) required.
• Must be based within the assigned territory (Atlanta/Nashville, Charlotte/DMV, or Dallas/Houston/Austin).
• Proven leadership experience in fitness environments, specifically multi-unit leadership.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a fitness support role.
