TL;DR

Practice Development Manager Dental (Healthcare): Building strong relationships with healthcare providers in the Dental industry to drive product adoption and engagement with an accent on credit utilization and territory growth. Focus on developing long-term client relationships, identifying competitive threats, and scaling provider enrollments.

Location: Must be based in the Greater Houston metro area (preferably Montgomery, Fort Bend, or Harris County), southern Louisiana, or Mississippi

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with mid-to-large dental practices across Houston, Southern Louisiana, and Mississippi.
  • Drive product adoption for CareCredit and Installment/MSF products to exceed credit utilization metrics.
  • Develop account strategies and prioritize high-value sales opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
  • Identify competitive threats and reinforce the product as the preferred choice for providers.
  • Conduct virtual outreach and occasional in-person visits to enroll new providers and grow the existing book.
  • Manage the sales strategy and budget for the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including 1+ years of Consultative Sales.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory of Greater Houston, Southern Louisiana, or Mississippi.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in Dental or Medical sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of private label credit cards and patient financing drivers.
  • Proven experience in field sales, virtual engagement, and data-driven selling.
  • Existing portfolio ownership and territory routing experience.
