What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to meet specific client objectives.
• Execute and optimize digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
• Manage a variety of tactics including PMAX, Demand Gen, Retargeting, and Shopping campaigns.
• Analyze search performance metrics and trends to provide actionable optimization insights.
• Perform continuous A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with account and analytics teams while maintaining daily client communication.

Requirements

• 1.5 - 2+ years of experience in paid search within a digital ad agency.
• Hands-on experience with search management platforms and supervising SEM campaign performance.
• Experience managing monthly budgets in the six-figure range.
• Proven ability to conduct keyword research and create effective ad copy for optimal conversion rates.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for leading client status calls.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
