What you will do

• Manage prescriptive measure support for new and existing energy programs within IT systems.
• Lead technical reviews of reference manuals, utility filings, and commission documents.
• Develop energy savings methodologies and calculators using MS Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy in IT systems through thorough testing and validation.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to engineering and program partners.
• Support the development of company-wide engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency consulting or program implementation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Strong technical and non-technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide actionable feedback.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in VBA, SQL, or other programming languages.
