Compensation: $122,000–$192,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses of energy efficiency programs.
- Manage project deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee engineering and analysis support staff, including field work and data collection activities.
- Lead measurement and verification (M&V) activities for installed energy efficiency measures.
- Develop data collection instruments, analysis tools, and technical reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support senior staff in the development of presentations, papers, and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
- In-depth experience with energy assessments, data analysis, and Measurement and Verification (M&V).
- Expert understanding of building systems and energy end-uses in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
