Compensation: $122,000–$192,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses of energy efficiency programs.
• Manage project deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee engineering and analysis support staff, including field work and data collection activities.
• Lead measurement and verification (M&V) activities for installed energy efficiency measures.
• Develop data collection instruments, analysis tools, and technical reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support senior staff in the development of presentations, papers, and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
• In-depth experience with energy assessments, data analysis, and Measurement and Verification (M&V).
• Expert understanding of building systems and energy end-uses in commercial and industrial sectors.
• Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
