Salary: $212,200 - $314,020 per annum

What you will do

• Define micro-architecture and write technical specifications for complex custom silicon.
• Implement designs using low-power RTL coding techniques and SVA assertions.
• Collaborate with verification teams on test plans, coverage analysis, and formal verification.
• Partner with physical design teams to ensure successful timing closure and functional implementation.
• Provide technical leadership to shape design methodology and mentor a new engineering team.
• Support post-silicon bring-up and debug in lab environments to ensure customer use cases are met.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years, Master’s with 12-15+ years, or PhD with 10-12+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in SystemVerilog RTL coding and high-speed, multiple clock domain designs.
• Deep knowledge of PCIe, CXL, AXI, DDR, and Ethernet protocols.
• Proven experience in the full chip-development process, including synthesis, formal verification, and timing closure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple design centers.
