What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact for client leadership, managing day-to-day tasks and removing obstacles for a large-scale program.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of development, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and post-Go-Live support.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking across multiple teams to ensure delivery within budget and on time.
• Partner closely with OEMs and subcontractors to deliver quality work products and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate workshops, gate reviews, and strategic planning while ensuring full compliance with agency security and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide guidance on RMF activities to achieve ATO and support the resolution of complex tactical issues.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen (no dual status) per contract requirements.
• Must hold an active TS clearance at minimum and be TS/SCI clearable.
• Local to the DC metro area and able to work on-site in a SCIF up to four days per week.
• 10+ years of general technical project management experience, preferably within the Intelligence Community or DoD.
• Experience with ERP HCM system implementation, specifically Workday.
• Proven experience with RMF steps, tasks, and achieving ATO.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of experience with Intelligence Community or DoD operational systems.
• PMI-ACP or PMP certification.
