Salary: $90–$100/hr CAD

What you will do

• Define and execute testing strategies, managing client expectations and issue triage during all project phases.
• Plan and manage internal and client training, including material preparation and product demonstrations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while providing timely escalation.
• Define data integration mapping and configuration to support client business requirements.
• Develop conversion strategies and runbooks for mock conversions and final go-live events.
• Provide implementation governance, including internal and external reporting and steering committee representation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a conversions or implementation consultant/manager in SaaS delivery for Wealth or Capital Markets.
• 5+ years of project management experience in financial environments.
• Subject matter expertise in Asset Servicing (Dividends, Coupons, Tax, Corporate Actions).
• Experience with SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile environment using JIRA.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and defend project positions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with hirify.global products (e.g., Astrid, BPS, Impact, IPE/Gloss).
• Experience with BR Data Control for reconciliations.
• Experience managing teams of up to 5 resources.
