What you will do

• Implement and configure collaboration software within customer M365 environments.
• Gather, refine, and document complex business requirements through client meetings.
• Coordinate with customer IT teams for data integration and AD group management.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver technical training to end-users.
• Manage project issues and timelines in collaboration with internal project managers.
• Perform data manipulation and system integration tasks using existing tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 10+ years of technical experience, including 5+ years in a software consultant or technical analyst role.
• Strong experience administering and implementing SharePoint-based solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Azure admin center.
• Experience with automation coding using PowerShell or Power Automate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying client-side software.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Background in legal, professional, or financial services sectors.
