What you will do

• Lead tailored product demonstrations and best practice sessions for compliance and executive stakeholders.
• Own enterprise trials and proof-of-concept engagements to ensure technical success and adoption.
• Map complex customer workflows to influence product positioning and integration strategies.
• Translate technical API capabilities into clear commercial benefits for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Policy teams to refine use cases and sales-friendly talk tracks.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests to position the platform against competitors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales within Crypto, FinTech, or RegTech.
• Solid understanding of the crypto compliance landscape including AML, sanctions, and MiCA.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, demos, and PoCs.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to build trust and uncover customer needs.
• Experience working with APIs and mapping integration workflows for enterprise clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex information.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and crypto transaction tracing.
• Fluency in a second language.
• Experience automating internal processes using AI, scripting, or innovative tools.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript for data manipulation and prototyping.
