TL;DR

Transport Infrastructure Technical Due Diligence Specialist (Consulting): Providing technical advisory and due diligence for major transport and social infrastructure assets with an accent on risk assessment and project financing. Focus on conducting technical analysis, report writing, and supporting M&A processes for global infrastructure schemes.

Location: Hybrid (London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, or Hemel Hempstead). Employees are expected to spend 60% of their time in the office or on-site with clients.

What you will do

  • Perform technical due diligence and risk assessments for transport and social infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct technical analysis and prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
  • Support M&A, project financing, and commercial risk assessment workstreams.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality proposals and drive business development in the UK and overseas.
  • Advise on long-term investment planning, asset management, and regulatory monitoring.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree.
  • Proven experience in leading projects or workstreams to completion.
  • Understanding of the transport infrastructure advisory market or experience advising private sector clients.
  • Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience in client-facing or client-side roles.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, or Italian.
  • Experience advising investors on motorways, airports, railways, ports, or social infrastructure.
