Associate Global Mobility Partner (Global Mobility): Provide administrative support for global relocation, immigration, and related HR processes across hubs with an accent on vendor coordination, data accuracy, and policy exception tracking. Focus on coordinating relocation/immigration/tax workflows, conducting system data audits, and preparing employment verification and travel letters while supporting managers with reports and cost estimations.

What you will do
- Initiate relocation and immigration cases with global providers, ensuring service delivery quality and data accuracy.
- Provide data, reports, and cost estimations to managers and the Talent team.
- Conduct data audits in various systems.
- Coordinate relocation, immigration, and tax processes with external vendors following policies.
- Maintain relationships with business units through ongoing communication and feedback on operational processes affecting employee experience.
- Prepare travel and employment verification letters; track relocation policy exceptions and review third-party vendor invoices.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- University degree or 3 years of experience in a related customer service, relocation, or HR capacity.
- Proven superior customer service experience, preferably with US or European-led multinational companies.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to manage client expectations.
- Demonstrated technical/system skills and strong computer literacy (Microsoft and Google Suite).
- Ability to work cross-functionally, handle confidential information, and manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and process orientation.
