Business Development Partner (Custodial Services/RIAs): Building relationships with Independent RIA firms by delivering product demonstrations of the TradePMR custodial services platform and influencing decision makers to transition to the platform. Focus on sales enablement through clear technical presentations, CRM-driven pipeline execution in HubSpot, and using demo/sales performance reporting to drive growth.

Location: Chicago, IL; Clearwater, FL; Westlake, TX

Salary: $120,000 - $141,000 USD (Zone 2)

What you will do

• Deliver compelling demos of the Fusion custodial services technology platform to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
• Manage HubSpot CRM by entering client data, creating segmented contact lists, and helping automate sales processes.
• Support the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing sales collateral, and handling administrative tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, answer technical/functional prospect questions, and share client feedback with product development.
• Generate reports to analyze demo and sales activity performance and build relationships with potential and existing clients.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of custodial services and the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) industry.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week in the Chicago, IL; Clearwater, FL; or Westlake, TX office(s).
