What you will do
- Lead strategic AI-focused engagements and drive detailed discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Partner with account executives to guide deal strategy, territory planning, and pipeline progression.
- Conduct customer workshops to shape AI use cases, prioritization frameworks, and pilot opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, modeling best-practice sales motions and providing hands-on support for proposals and presentations.
- Act as the voice of the customer by capturing insights and collaborating with product, marketing, and professional services teams.
- Drive field execution of sales campaigns and enablement initiatives across the AI portfolio.
Requirements
- Must be legally permitted to work in Japan.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in software, cloud, or AI-related roles.
- Proven expertise in AI-powered customer experience and conversational AI solutions.
- Experience in sales overlay, specialist, or subject matter expert functions.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
