What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate complex business challenges into high-quality, fit-for-purpose AI solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent ecosystems.
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from initial scoping to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and enhance system performance, scalability, and security for enterprise AI applications.
• Capture field intelligence and best practices to inform the evolution of core AI platforms.
• Collaborate within a triad delivery model alongside engineering, consulting, and product experts.

Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise in Python or modern languages like C#, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Practical knowledge of RAG architectures and integrating knowledge sources into AI solutions.
• Solid grasp of software delivery lifecycles, version control, and data engineering tools.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI) and distributed computing.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with community-driven AI tools such as Hugging Face.
