What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and architectural design for critical customer engagements in Japan.
• Deliver Top-3 Agent Workshops (T3AW) to demonstrate product value to strategic prospects.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Agentic AI, presenting at industry events and executive workshops.
• Enable local partners with deep technical knowledge to scale the adoption of agentic solutions.
• Provide critical field feedback to Product Management to influence the global product roadmap.
• Build custom demo integrations and automation scripts for Proof of Concepts.

Requirements

• Native or equivalent proficiency in Japanese is required.
• Deep practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Expertise in major cloud AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Strong foundation in Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for building custom integrations.
• Experience securing machine identities and service accounts.
