What you will do

• Achieve production goals for written policy and premium within the assigned region.
• Build and strengthen insurance agency partnerships through in-person meetings and outreach.
• Deliver the healthcare value proposition to drive high-quality submission volume.
• Partner with internal colleagues and carrier underwriting teams to assess risk and maintain a profitable book of business.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to acquire new agency partners and expand existing relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to support agency growth and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• 3+ years of workers compensation experience in an agency, carrier, or wholesaler setting.
• Experience underwriting healthcare or commercial risks, including loss history analysis and pricing.
• Proven ability to manage a sales funnel with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within an assigned region.
