Compensation: $4,970.92 – $7,141.92 CAD Monthly.

What you will do

• Provide clinical and on-field medical coverage, including injury assessment, emergency care, and rehabilitation for varsity athletes.
• Collaborate with the Integrated Support Team to make informed return-to-play decisions.
• Design, implement, and evaluate annual strength and conditioning programs tailored to varsity team needs.
• Supervise and mentor student athletic trainers and strength and conditioning interns.
• Manage the varsity training facility, including equipment maintenance and inventory tracking.
• Utilize performance analytics and strength training software to track athlete progress and KPIs.

Requirements

• Certified member in good standing with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) or Sport Physiotherapist (SPC).
• Certified or Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS, CSCP, or CSEP High Performance Specialization).
• Advanced First Aid, CPR/AED Certification, and personal malpractice insurance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends from August to March.
