What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of EHS programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure facility compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other state/federal regulations.
• Manage Workers Compensation programs, including investigations and legal coordination.
• Oversee accident investigations, safety committee collaboration, and corrective action implementation.
• Serve as the Site Document Coordinator for all SMS, EHS, and EMS documentation.
• Provide leadership in EHS training development and delivery across the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1–7 years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, etc.).
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
