What you will do

  • Develop and monitor safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards, including TRIR and NMRR tracking.
  • Monitor and report Environmental KPIs such as waste reduction, energy usage, and emissions.
  • Deliver EHS training programs for employees, specifically including Material Handling Equipment (MHE) training.
  • Manage Workers Compensation claims and oversee return-to-work programs.
  • Collaborate with security teams to maintain site protocols and coordinate emergency drills with first responders.
  • Maintain precise EHS documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in EHS roles within manufacturing or logistics.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.
  • Must not require sponsorship for employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
