What you will do

• Support senior engineers and project teams throughout the full project design and construction lifecycle.
• Align construction teams by providing necessary design information, quantities, and specifications.
• Develop engineering designs that comply with local, state, and international building codes.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and technical firms to identify innovative and cost-effective methods.
• Ensure all designs meet safety standards including NESC, NEC, NPFA, and OSHA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited college.
• Ability to work onsite in Avon, MN.
• Understanding of engineering principles related to heavy civil, industrial, or utility projects.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certificate.
• Previous experience in heavy civil, industrial, or utility construction.
• Experience with surveying and renewable energy projects.
